Lake Manyara is a small, beautiful park at the foot of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Drive through green groundwater forest full of baboons and blue monkeys, out to the lake shore where flamingos, pelicans and hippos gather. You can also canoe on the lake when the water is high.
